With regards to bags, we find it pointless to use a small handbag when you’re going to the airport, because if the only luggage you were taking is the carry-on, then the kind of personal items that you carry does make a difference. A tote bag or a big enough handbag is very suitable to take to the airport as you are able to squeeze in some personal items or even clothing items and shoes.
Pointers on accessories that are trending this spring—tie-dyes have been rocking the runway since last year and as you may see fit, you could add that to your outfit. Also, with regards to color, bright sunshine shades seem to be very popular for spring—for instance, if you want to go red, then go hard with red soil color.
Shorts have always been very popular because of their functionality really, but this time around cycling shorts are back in the picture. We have seen the likes of Chanel, and other brands like Prada showcasing different styles of cycling shorts. Another style that has resurfaced broadly after lingering in the air for a few years—bows. They are put on your west, on the neck, just below your chest, or you can rock them on your hair—however you choose to wear them they are screaming fashion right now.
Last but not least, Leotards—of course, made famous by ballet dancers—seemed to be very popular on the spring runway. Designers for brands like Dior, Stella McCartney, and Balenciaga showcased the different styles and colors that are trending this spring.
With regards to bags, usually people use tote bags and weekend bags as their personal item allowance, that is if they want to utilize the space to pack more items for the holiday. But we have seen this season and in the past year that the fanny pack is back. Some belt bags are sporty, some are box-shaped, and some look formal somehow—you can actually get away with carrying a fanny pack bag to the airport as an additional bag for your phone and very small items (of course you still carry your personal item and carry on luggage).
With regards to color beige white, black, neutral, cream, and most of the natural colors dominated the spring runway. Similarly, minimalist outfits are continuing to be popular.
