Sri Mahamariamman Temple is the oldest Hindu temple built in the 1800s. When entering the compound, there is a big facade that is beautifully decorated with small objects depicting important people in the Hindu religion.

Inside the temple is equally beautifully designed. The colors are bold and well fused. 

The temple is open from Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 12 noon in the morning and open again in the evening from 4:30 pm to 9 pm. At the weekend the temple is closed.
